DEI Certificate

Once a day during the National Leadership Week.
The DEI Certificate program exists to provide diversity, equity, and inclusion training to learners of all levels.
The first level of the DEI Certificate program provides the basics for beginning learners:
- What is DEI?
- What are the best practices?
- What can I do as an individual to be an instrument for charge and DEI leader in my organization?
With each certificate we add to the DEI program, we will address the world of diversity, equity, and inclusion in more depth, so past learners can continue to grow and so those who are further along in the DEI journey can continue to further their knowledge.
Essential Leadership Skills
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
A program designed to equip individuals with the core competencies needed to lead effectively. This training covers key areas such as communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team motivation. Participants will develop practical leadership techniques through interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, and self-assessments. Whether for new or experienced leaders, this training enhances the ability to inspire, manage, and drive success in any professional setting.
Emerging Leaders
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
Designed for high-potential individuals preparing to step into leadership roles. This program focuses on developing key skills such as effective communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and team management. Participants will gain practical experience through interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and mentorship opportunities. By building confidence and strategic thinking, this training empowers future leaders to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and drive organizational success.
Having A Leadership Mindset
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
Helps individuals develop the mindset and behaviors essential for effective leadership. This program focuses on cultivating confidence, accountability, resilience, and strategic thinking. Participants will learn to approach challenges proactively, inspire others, and make decisions with a long-term vision. Through interactive discussions, real-world scenarios, and self-reflection exercises, this training empowers individuals to think and act like leaders, regardless of their current role.
Transformational Leadership
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
Designed to help leaders inspire and drive meaningful change within their teams and organizations. This program focuses on developing visionary thinking, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and the ability to motivate and empower others. Participants will learn how to foster innovation, build a strong organizational culture, and lead with authenticity. Through interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and coaching, this training equips leaders with the skills to create a positive and lasting impact.
Servant Leadership
9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
Focuses on developing leaders who prioritize the growth and well-being of their teams. This program emphasizes empathy, active listening, humility, and a service-first mindset. Participants will learn how to foster collaboration, build trust, and empower others to reach their full potential. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and self-reflection exercises, this training equips leaders with the skills to create a people-centered, high-performing work culture.
